Appetizers

  • Shell-on Boiled Shrimp
    Accompanied by our homemade cocktail sauce, lemon wedge and saltines.
  • Jumbo Oysters on the Half Shell
    Fresh from the gulf. Served on ice or steamed with cocktail sauce, lemons and saltines.
  • Chicken Liver Pate
    A velvety smooth blend of liver, sherry, butter, a hint of onion and lightly seasoned. Served with toasted bread.
  • Chilled Smoked Salmon:
    Garnished with cream cheese, purple onions, egg, capers and toast points.
  • Crawfish
    Whole crawfish boiled by Cajuns in Breaux Bridge, LA.  We fly them in fresh. Served hot with melted butter or chilled with cocktail sauce, lemon and saltines.
  • Andouille Sausage and Cheese
    Served with provolone and cheddar cheeses and saltines. This special treat is smoked and comes from Louisiana
  • Mussels
    Eight large New Zealand mussels served hot with lemon and butter.
  • Crawfish or Alligator Popcorn
    Dipped in a spicy batter, deep fried and served with sherry wine sauce.
  • Jambalaya
    Shrimp, “Cure 81” ham, andouille sausage with rice and Cajun vegetables in a tomato sauce.
  • Red Beans and Rice
    A New Orleans tradition. We chop ham and andouille sausage and add to red beans, spice it up good and top with diced green onions.
  • Marinated Shrimp
    1/3 lb of shrimp marinated in a Creole mustard, tarragon and red pepper sauce. Served on leaf lettuce.
  • Oyster and Artichoke Soup
    Tender oysters and artichoke hearts with cream, sherry, herbs and seasonings.
  • Creole File Gumbo
    Our special blend of shrimp, crab, fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, sausage, rice and more seasoning that we can list.
  • She Crab Soup
    Crabmeat and crab roe with a creamy base, sherry and whipped cream.

  • Fresh Spinach Salad With Gumbo or Oyster and Artichoke Soup
    Garnished with mushrooms, tomato and a bacon, egg and lemon dressing. Includes a cup of our great seafood gumbo or oyster and artichoke soup.
  • Seafood Quiche
    A blend of crabmeat, shrimp, egg, cheese and thyme.
  • Marinated Cajun Catfish
    A generous portion of farm raised catfish. Buttermilk battered and fried. Served with rice. Also available broiled.
  • Crepes Louisiana
    A puree of scallops, shrimp, crabmeat and mushrooms sauteed in sherry, wrapped in two crepe and topped with a light sauce. Served with rice.
  • Red Beans and Rice
    A hardy portion of red beans simmered with ham and andouille sausage on white rice topped with green onions.
  • Tenderloin Beef Kabob
    A grilled skewer of marinated tenderloin and vegetables served on rice.
  • Crawfish Pie
    A generous portion of this Cajun favorite. Crawfish tails in a mixture of roux, sauteed vegetables, cream, sherry and seasonings fried in a light pastry.
  • Shrimp, Ham and Andouille Jambalaya
    Spicy rice with generous amounts of shrimp, chicken, "Cure 81" ham, chopped andouille sausage and finely diced cajun vegetables in a tomato sauce.
  • Soup and Salad
    A cup of our gumbo or oyster and artichoke soup with a crispy mixed green salad.
  • Spicy Fried Chicken Breast
    Juicy and tender. Accompanied by rice and gravy.
  • Shrimp Creole Orleans
    Shrimp in a creole sauce with green peppers, tomato and onions. Served over rice.
  • Louisiana Sampler Platter
    A tasting of our seafood gumbo, red beans and rice and shrimp creole. (No substitutions Please)

    Served with rice.
  • Crab Chop
    A lunch size version of our popular dinner item. It's like a crab cake only better! Served with rice, lemon and creole tartar sauce.
